This high intense barbell class will strengthen all your major muscle groups in a motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors! With basic exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Desert Power is a class that all levels of fitness can enjoy and is a staple of the group fitness schedule.
This high intense cardio class is one of the best ways to get a motivating workout and fantastic results. Desert HIIT combines quick bursts of exercises followed by short recovery periods in a fun environment! This class can burn over 600 calories in a class and is sure to be a group favorite.
This 45 minute indoor cycling class is sure to challenge all levels of cyclists! Offering fun, upbeat music and great instructors, even the most avid cyclists will want to stay inside for this class!
TMT (TEAM) Training is an intense 45 minute workout with a certified personal trainer. Focusing on core and function training, this is a great class to receive individualized attention from a personal trainer while getting the motivation from a group setting. Class ratio's are always 1 personal trainer for every 10 students.

Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, a toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a dance fitness party. Maraca-like Toning Sticks are available at front desk.

Our Pilates mat classes will help you improve posture and develop core control, which is the ability to move effectively and efficiently by transmitting force from the body's center through the torso and limbs.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.
